Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law. We may request age verification and suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified.

2) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

3) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No harassment, hateful content, unlawful conduct, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No buying/selling/transferring accounts, virtual items, or currencies outside the Service.

4) Virtual coins/items & gameplay

Any virtual coins, credits, or items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or real-world value, and are provided solely for entertainment. We may adjust, reset, or discontinue virtual items, game features, or balances to maintain service integrity (to the extent permitted by law).

5) In-app purchases

Optional purchases may be offered for virtual items or features. Prices and availability may change. Purchases are processed via the platform or payment method presented at checkout. Unless required by New Zealand consumer law, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Nothing purchased can be cashed out or exchanged for real-world value.

6) Intellectual property & licence

The Service, games, software, and content are owned by or licensed to Kiwi Arcade Spin Limited. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Suspension, termination & enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, are under 21, pose security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any), unless New Zealand law requires otherwise.

9) Disputes, complaints & governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
