Virtual Coins & In‑App Purchases Policy

Applies to KiwiArcadeSpin.com (New Zealand). This policy explains virtual coin packs, daily bonuses, and how purchases are processed.

1) Virtual Coins: what they are (and are not)

  • Virtual Coins are digital items used only within KiwiArcadeSpin.com for in‑game features.
  • Virtual Coins have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored value, and are not legal tender.
  • Virtual Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for money, cryptocurrency, prizes, or anything of monetary value.
  • Virtual Coins are personal to your account and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred between users.

2) Daily bonuses and promotional grants

We may grant free Virtual Coins (e.g., daily login bonuses or limited promotions). Bonus availability, amounts, and eligibility can change or end at any time. Bonus coins are also non‑redeemable and non‑transferable.

3) Purchasing coin packs

  • Prices are shown at checkout in NZD (unless stated otherwise). Taxes such as GST may apply depending on the transaction.
  • Payments are processed by third‑party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
  • Coin delivery is typically immediate after payment confirmation; delays can occur due to network or provider issues.

4) Refunds, chargebacks, and errors

Because Virtual Coins are digital content delivered immediately, refunds for change of mind are generally not offered once coins are credited to your account.

If you believe a purchase was unauthorised, duplicated, or coins were not delivered, contact us promptly with transaction details. We will investigate and, where required by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986), provide an appropriate remedy.

Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in removal of coins (including any spent value), temporary restrictions, or account suspension pending review.

5) Fraud prevention and misuse

To protect players and the platform, we may use verification, risk checks, and monitoring. Misuse may include: using stolen payment methods, exploiting bugs, automated purchasing, chargeback abuse, or attempting to sell/transfer coins. We may reverse coin grants, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and report suspected unlawful activity where appropriate.
